First met Chris while working as a young sys admin at a clinical research software company around 14 years ago. Chris was able to resolve system performance issues our Ivy League programmers could not. Today I still reach out to Chris to provide complex VOIP implementations and firewall solutions. He knows everything and is a great guy to deal with as well. You get everything you pay for and more with A F Daniel. (Coming from a fellow IT guy)

I called this morning and Chris asked how I was. FRUSTRATED! (but by the time they work through my problem I hang up very happy and ready to continue my day) I couldn't get a pdf to convert and, of course, needed to get a resolve right away. As always, Chris (and the others), started asking questions to determine what needed to be done. Not much time went by and he knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it and then had me redo so I knew how to proceed on my own. THANKS CHRIS! I appreciate you taking the call and solving.....it's already a great day!

I called A F Daniel on a Thursday night after our phone system at my office completely died out of nowhere, leaving us with no phones (and we are super reliant on our phones). After speaking to Chris he knew exactly what we needed. He had 7 phones and a new system ordered for us by Friday.. worked all weekend on them and had us all set-up and completely installed by Early Monday afternoon. When Comcast failed miserably to provide us with an upgraded phone solution the last thing we wanted to do was bring them back out to remedy. We were looking for a fresh start and found Chris. He did an impeccable job from install, to a brief teaching session on the functions along with several follow ups to make sure everything was up to par following the install. Purchased a new phone system for a very old building through A.F. Daniel. The install was quicker then we expected during business hours with our phones only being taken off line for 5 minutes. Amazing customer service and quick response to any needs. Prior to the new system install, our old system went down. A.F. Daniel quickly responded and helped us get the old system back up and running until the new phones arrived.
